Data published by the Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment show that, from 16 January - 15 February, Da Nang government granted investment licences to six investment projects totalling US$ 146.229 million. Also, the existing 2 FDI projects raised their capital with a total additional sum of US$ 9.2 million.

As of mid-February, close to US$ 3.862 billion worth of foreign direct investment from 892 foreign-invested projects had been injected into Da Nang.

During that period, the municipal administration granted investment policy decisions to 2 new domestically-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of VND 320,442 billion (approximately to US$ 14 billion).

Till date, 343 domestically-invested projects, totalling VND 121,508 billion (equivalent to US$ 5 billion), have been granted investment policy decisions from Da Nang government.
