Da Nang has been named among top 20 branded residence markets in the world in terms of destinations, according to a recent report released by Savills World Research.

The branded residences sector has grown by 230% over the past decade to 580 developments from 133 brands with almost 100,000 units among them. The global supply of branded residences is set to almost double in the next five years.

Most notably, the number of property brands increased from 69 in 2011 to 133 in 2021. Viet Nam’s branded residential sector is expected to see more positive growth signs in the coming years.
