Top priority should be given to the work of Party member development, and the implementation of Directive No. 34-CT/TU dated October 27, 2023, issued by the Da Nang Party Committee, on "Continuing to promote administrative reforms, strengthen discipline, regulations, address the issues of evasion, shirking responsibilities, failure to perform duties, and fulfilling the responsibilities, tasks, and authorities of a segment of officials, party members, civil servants, and employees in the current situation", he noted.

He also urged localities and units to make more efforts to well perform socio-economic development tasks, with a focus on budget collection, compensation and site clearance.

He undertook the necessity for Party committees at all levels to properly care for and support people with meritorious services to the revolution, and vulnerable people, in the city; strengthen security and order; and ensure environmental sanitation, during public holidays and peak tourist season.
