On behalf of the city leaders, municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang highly praised the city-based armed forces, especially the retirees, for their great devotion to the city’s construction and development over the past years.

He also informed military retirees to the information about the global, regional and domestic situation, and the city's socio-economic situation since the beginning of the year.

Secretary Quang wished them good health, hoping that they will continue to bring bravery, experience and knowledge to accompany the city in implementing patriotic emulation movements at grassroots level, building great national unity, and strengthening consensus among people from all walks of life in the years ahead.
